Rose Can't Wait
Premiered at the G'vanim BeMakhol choreography competition in 1999
Rose Can't Wait touches on the concept of loneliness, and portrays a woman's withdrawal from the outside world, waiting, not going out, placing and arranging and breaking and continuing to wait, counting (up to 10, and then) and getting up and meeting, leaving and returning, leaving and returning.
First Prize at the G'vanim BeMakhol choreography competition in 1999
First Prize at Jerusalem Dance and Music Academy choreography competition, founded by Hassia Levy Agron. The work was performed in Israel and abroad, and was included in the Pina Bausch Festival program. Rose Can’t Wait was also performed in Kiev, The Ukraine, as well as around thirty times in Holland with Galilee Dance, with great success, and at festivals in Italy, Germany and Portugal.
